Next month will see the start of a new commercial project for Urban, when construction will start on a new outdoor area for the recently relocated Rolls Royce & McLaren dealership in Manchester.

After 18 months of development, McLaren Manchester have now relocated from their Knutsford showroom to Wilmslow, along with Sytner Groups Rolls Royce. This luxury dealership houses some of the worlds most desirable supercars featured over two floors, and as the flagship store for McLarens new corporate branding which is to be rolled out worldwide, we are extremely excited to be involved in such an aspirational and prestigious project.

Designed by our in-house design team, the new outdoor area is a flexible and welcoming space to enhance this state of the art showroom. This new addition to the dealership will not only heighten the customer experience but will also provide an adaptable space which can be used for showroom functions and events. The majority of the area is covered by a tensile roof structure, and features built in seating areas with fire-pit and entertaining spaces. The porcelain paving, and composite Design board areas, supplied by London Stone, emulates the quality and attentional to detail that this brand is famous for. The new outdoor entertaining area will enable the dealership to offer the ultimate hospitality in customer service and provide an additional level of luxurious comfort in this already elite showroom.
