We are proud to have joined the Landscaping Institute as an Affiliate Member.
The Landscape Institute (LI) is the chartered body for the landscaping industry, an educational body that promotes the art and science of landscape practice. Founded in 1929 as the Institute of Landscape Architects, it was granted a Royal Charter in 1997. The Institute aims to promote landscape architecture, and to regulate the profession with a code of conduct that members must abide by.
As an affiliate member Urban Landscape Design is able to get actively involved with a number of landscaping projects and architects, across the 12 regional branches of the LI across the UK.
The membership forms part of a strategy to remain at the forefront of landscaping solutions. Resources available through the LI help to inform the development of future soil solutions currently under development.
