Blank Canvas

The clients brief for the design of this garden was to turn the 'blank canvas' into a modern sophisticated space for relaxing and entertaining, including a shaded private haven. The circular area in the centre was designed to reflect a circular window in the barn conversion and the curved pathways were incorporated for the flow around the garden. A modern twist was created by a built in seat with slate detailing and a slate monolith water feature which brought a gentle relaxing sound and visual effect to the garden along with subtle up-lighting.
